It seems I purchased the wrong plugin for my needs. I have the MLM plugin but I need the Bonuses plugin. Is there anyway we can return the MLM and purchase the bonuses plugin?
And one quick question. I only want to assign bonuses to certain affiliates, is there a way to do this with this plugin.
Thank you,
Brian -

Hi Brian,
Restricting bonuses to certain affiliates is on my Development Roadmap. There are actually 2 ways in which I plan to implement this feature:
- A setting that will allow you to enter a list of affiliates to allow bonuses
- An integration with my next AffiliateWP Ranks add-on, which will allow you to group your affiliates into categories. You will then be able to require an affiliate to have a certain Rank in order to earn a bonus.
Yes, I can refund your AffiliateWP MLM purchase, and you can simply purchase the Performance Bonuses add-on instead. OR, since both of these plugins are amazing sales tools that work so well together, if you’d like to use them both, I can offer you a special bundle discount on your Performance Bonuses purchase.
Please, let me know what works best for you.

Thank you for the reply. Maybe you can guide me a little here into what the best purchase is.
I am using the tiered rates plugin for affiliates to earn commission at different rates based on the number of products they sell.
I want a separate tiered rates schedule for certain affiliates to earn more then the other affiliates.
I was going to use the bonus plugin to add the additional percentages on for the special affiliates.
Any thoughts for the best plugin to go about this?
Thank you,

You can use the Performance Bonuses plugin to award additional commissions to your affiliates based on the amount of their earnings or referrals (sales). Currently, the plugin will only award flat rate bonus amounts. So for example, you can award a 10% commission for 5 sales by setting the bonus amount to $5. Knowing that each sale is valued at $10 minimum. Check out the Documentation for more info on how Performance Bonuses works.
On our Development Roadmap, we do have plans for adding the ability to award bonus amounts based on a percentage of the sales generated. And the ability to award bonuses only to specific affiliates is in the works as well.
MLM simply allows you to award commissions to Parent Affiliates that have referred other Sub Affiliates. The Per Level Rates feature enables you to set a specific commission rate (Indirect Referral Rate) for Sub Affiliate sales made on each Level. With that said, it sounds like MLM is not what you’re looking for.
Would you like me to go ahead and process that refund for you now?
