Hi Christian, hope you’re doing well?

We’re running your MLM Plugin since a while and everything looks good. But with more affiliates there are more commissions and know an affiliate figure out a Bug that can break up our business so we need a solution from you.

    The Case:
A Customer buys from an affiliate that has a parent affiliate. The Customers goes to the checkout, fill out everything and is then redirected to our payment provider. The Commission at this point is correct for both (Affiliate and Parent). Now the Payment Provider verify the customer data and brings an error (maybe wrong zip, phone number, what ever). The Customer is taken back to our shop. Now the Commission is “rejected” for both.. So long so good. Now the Customer choose another payment service (maybe credit card) and the Payment ist now successful. The Commission for the direct affiliate is changed to “unpaid” but the payment for the Parent-Affiliate (1st Level) is still “rejected” and not changed despite that the payment was successful. And thats a big problem because affiliates think we are taking something away from them.

    Please check the screenshots attached.

I hope that everything is clear and you know what we need to be fixed.

Please let me now asap how we can fix that big issue asap.

    Thanks and kind regards

    Hi Stanlay,

I understand what you mean. The status of the referral commission is changing from Rejected to Unpaid, but only for the Direct Referral commission.

I’m investigating this now, I should have an update soon.

Also, do you have any other AffiliateWP add-ons active? And if so, which ones?

    Hi Stanlay,

I sent you the MLM 1.1.5 update via Private Message. It should fix your issue with the changes in referral status. Please let me know how it works for you.
