    Hi there,

This is quite simple. Set Depth to 3, Cycles to 1, keep Total Depth disabled.

Then your commissions should be setup like so:

25% Direct Referral (Affiliates > Settings > General)
15% Indirect Referral (Affiliates > Settings > MLM) [Level 1]
10% Indirect Referral (Affiliates > Settings > MLM) [Level 2]
5% Indirect Referral (Affiliates > Settings > MLM) [Level 3]

Ensure that the Indirect Referral Rate Type is set to Percentage.

    And that’s it.

Hi I setup follow by your suggestion

    I setup 20% Direct Referral

I try to test for product price $16000

    Step 1 :
    – “Parent affiliate” refer “LV1 SubAffiliate” to buy $16,000 “Parent Affiliate” earn $3200 is correct

    Step 2 :

    – “LV1 SubAffiliate” refer “LV2 SubAffiliate” to buy $16,000 “LV1 SubAffiliate” earn $3200 is correct
    but

“Parent affiliate” must earn only $480 from Indirect Referral (15% of $3,200) in my case “Parent affiliate” also earn $3200 (20% of $16,000) it wrong.

Hmmm, I see what you mean. Parent Affiliate should have received 15% (Level 1) instead of 20% (Which is your Direct Referral Rate).

Something must be interfering with the normal operation of the Indirect Referral Rates. Do you have any other AffiliateWP add-ons active? And if so, which ones?

Ahhh, it must be your Ranks settings, because Ranks have the ability to override your default Indirect Referral Rate settinsg in the MLM tab, for each Rank.

Can you tell me what your Ranks settings look like?

Okay, this explains why the Parent Affiliate received 20% as a Level 1 Indirect Referral.

I see that you have 20% set for the Level 1 Indirect Referral Rate for affiliates with the “Basic” Rank. If you check that affiliate (Affiliates > Affiliates > Click the affiliate’s name), you will see that they have the Basic Rank.

Now I deleted number in Indirect Referral Rank Rates to blank.

and I test again and result follow by attach picture.

Oh, I see what you are saying now.

All of the referral commissions generated by these integrations are based on the sale/purchase amount. So with your current settings, if I refer a $100 sale directly, I get $20, and my Parent Affiliate gets $15, the Parent above them gets $10, and the Parent above them gets $5.

So as you can see, the commission amount of the Indirect Referrals is based on the sale/purchase amount (Just like the Direct Referrals), not on the amount of the Direct Referral.

    Does that make sense?
