Hi there, just getting started with MLM.
Affiliate WP has its own hierarchy for payments as desvriced here;
https://docs.affiliatewp.com/article/1465-referral-rate-hierarchy
But what happens to all of these rates when we’re using a matrix like MLM? Does MLM take priority over everything?
Thanks for you help in advance.

Hi Briany,
I apologize for the delayed response, I didn’t receive the notification for your post.
The referral commissions generated by AffiliateWP are Direct Referrals, which follow the hierarchy shown in that documentation article.
The Indirect Referral Commissions generated by MLM don’t conform to those rules at all. Indirect Referrals follow this structure in order of priority:
Per-Level Rank Rate
Global Indirect Rank Rate
Per-Level Rate
Global Indirect Rate -

So where do I set the first 2 items? Is that in combination with another of your plugins?

Yes, our AffiliateWP Ranks plugin integrates with MLM to allow you to categorize your affiliates into Types (Ranks) and set commission rates specific to each type of affiliate.

Hello, fantastic work on the plugin! I have been playing around with the plugin for a while but I am uncertain this can be done. I am hoping you can point me in the right direction or let me know if I can achieve this with your AffiliateWP Ranks plugin..
Using levels matrix, I want to be able to designate a different commission rate based on the level / affiliate. Instead of trying to explain, I am just going to provide a link to the spreadsheet showing what I mean below. I was able to set things up correctly down to Affiliate B in the matrix but then when we do a purchase under Affiliate A, the sales % commissions don’t line up properly.
Thanks in advance!
