I already installed and activated the following:
Affiliate WP MLM
Affiliate WP Rank
Affiliate WP performance bonus as well as
LMS woocommerce plugin.
I also setup the needed integration with woocommerce, affiliate wp, mlm, Rank and performance bonus.
Now sub affiliate rank is working but not the direct affiliate commission. It keeps giving me 50% commission rate which is not in any of the following settings below.
General tab settings for Direct referral = 5%
MLM Tab settings :
1st level = 15%
2nd Level = 10%
Rank 1 = 25
Rank 2 = 35
Rank 3 = 40
The percentage is showing on the affiliate page, however it doesn’t reflect in the computation.
Hoping for your immediate response.

Hi Sherwin, I responded to this on your other post for this issue here:
I asked if you have any other AffiliateWP Add-ons active, but you didn’t answer. I need to know if you have any other AffiliateWP plugins active which could be applying this 50% commission rate. Or any custom code that could be affecting this?
It’s better to only post one topic for each issue, so we can better track and support the issue.

Thank you for the reply and apology for the inconvenience. This won’t happen again.
Anyway, only the plugin included in your MLM bundled that I bought from you which are :
Affiliate WP MLM, Rank, Performance bonus, affiliate sign up products and buddypress.
I also don’t have any custom code.
I remember before I activated the Rank plug in the commission set on the General Tab is 50, but I replaced it with 20 then now 5, to see if it is working.
As you could see on the screenshots, the percentage set on the Rank tab is shown accordingly in the affilate page in the dashboard. However, it doesn’t affect the commission computation, as it should be.

Can you please provide admin-level login credentials for your site? This way, I can investigate this further and find out exactly what’s happening.
If so, please be sure to mark your reply as Private, or you can send it to me via email or Private Message.

Alright, I’m reviewing your site now, and right away I can see some issues with your settings configuration in the MLM tab.
I see that you have Forced Matrix enabled, but you have the Width set to 0 and Cycles set to 0. If you want to create a Forced Matrix Structure (Fixed Width) you have to set a value for the Width. If you want an Unlimited Width Structure (UniLevel) you need to disable the Forced Matrix. Also, if you want to use a Forced Matrix, you should set the Cycles to 1 (the default) at a minimum.
Once you make these changes, it will fix both of these issues that you are having (Incorrect Rank Commissions and Default Affiliate assignment). This is because, your structure was not setup properly, and the system couldn’t tell how to assign the commissions/affiliates.
Please test this again after making these adjustments, and let me know how it turns out.

Thank you for your reply. I tried the fast fix by disabling the force matrix result was :
1) It fix problem 1 showing the new user without referral link under the Admin account or user with ID=1.
2) New problem arise, this time no commission report reflected on the referrer “Admin”.
Please see attached. I will try fix 2 now : enabling the force matrix and putting cycle :1 and width : 2

I found out where the 50% commission rate is coming from. I accessed the Edit Product screen for the Get2net Affiliate Product, and you had 50% set as the Per-Product Rate in the AffiliateWP Tab. I removed the 50% rate, so it should be working now.
Also, regarding your Matrix Settings, if you are going to enable more than one Cycle, I recommend leaving Extra Branches set to 0. And keep in mind that each Cycle is another Matrix that the Parent Affiliate can have below them. So for example, if you have a Width of 2, a Depth of 2, and 2 Cycles, the affiliate’s 1st Cycle will include 6 Sub Affiliates. Then, they will start building their 2nd Cycle of another 6 Sub Affiliates.
The Cycle Structure is a more complex structure that may not be necessary if you wish to keep things simple.
Please, test it again, and let me know how it works.

I see what you mean. It shows that the affiliate has the “Affiliate” Rank which has a Direct Referral Rate of 25%, but they are receiving the 5% Direct Referral Rate from the General tab instead.
I deactivated the WooCommerce integration for Ranks. Please test the purchase again, and let me know if it is still using the rate from the General tab. I think it may have something to do with the Per-Product Rank Rates, but this test will let us know for sure.

I’ve updated Ranks from version 1.0.4 to the new 1.0.5. I’m giving you this update before we release it, so that we can see if this resolves the problem with the Rank Rate. Otherwise, I will have to apply a fix to this feature before the release.
Please test it again, and let me know if the result is the same.

Done Testing! Still getting 5% and not 25%.
Please see attached. In addition, the “Invite Code” and “Referrer” name did not reflect in the registration even though I used the affiliate link of “Natdprohet 06”: to create this test account: “Affiliate07”.
It seems like we have a problem with the Affiliate WP Rank plugin.
Please see attached. And I hope you could help me fix it ASAP.

Regarding the auto-fill for the Invite Code field, I performed a test of this on your site (Using an Incognito Window) and it is working (The Invite Code from Invites and the Referrer field in MLM). It’s best to send your affiliates to a landing page of some sort, when they click the referral link, instead of directly to the registration form. This will ensure that those fields are filled with the referring affiliate’s info.
About the Ranks plugin, can you please deactivate all other plugins except for AffiliateWP, WooCommerce, Performance Bonuses, and Ranks? Then test this again, so we can find out if this is some sort of plugin conflict on your site.
In the meantime, I’m going to see if I can duplicate this issue in my testing environment. Between these two tests, I’ll be able to find the source of the issue and fix it.
I’ll follow up again soon. Please let me know the result of your tests after deactivating the other plugins.

Okay, I ran a test of my own (In my own testing environment) with only AffiliateWP, Performance Bonuses, and Ranks active.
It did apply the Per-Rank Rate for me successfully.
I have one other thing I’d like you to test. Can you change the Rate Type from “Percentage” to “Flat” for each of your Ranks (Affiliate, Super Affiliate, Premium Affiliate)? Then, run your test purchase again, and let me know if it’s working or not.
March 13, 2020 at 12:22 pm #11691
1) You need to deactivate all other plugins except for AffiliateWP, WooCommerce, Performance Bonuses, and Ranks. I noticed that you have a the LiteSpeed Cache plugin installed. This could be the reason why the Rank Rate isn’t working as it should. We have to find out if it’s some sort of plugin conflict that is causing this on your site only, because I can’t recreate the issue in my testing environment.
Please, deactivate those other plugins and let me know how your test turns out.
2 – A) The referral being tracked for Natdprophet06 could be due to your caching plugin also. I didn’t encounter this same issue when I ran a test on your site myself. When you are testing the registration process, are you using a new Incognito Window (With no other Incognito Windows open), or are you clearing the cache and cookies first? This is the only way to ensure that you aren’t using the referral of a previously tracked affiliate.
I just ran another test registration, but this time, it didn’t enter in the Invite Code or Referrer fields at all, even though I used the referral link of Natdprophet06. But it did connect the new affiliate to Natdprophet06. This is incorrect behavior, because you have Forced Matrix enabled, and your Width is set to only allow each Parent to have 2 Sub Affiliates. And Natdprophet06 already has 2 Sub Affiliates, so the new affiliate should have been connected to Test User or Natdprophet07.
2 – B) This has to be an effect of the caching plugin as well. The system is not recognizing the current way that you’ve configured your settings. It seems to be operating off of the old settings saved in the cache.

Thank you for the response. I will now delete all the other plugins as per your advice and will do the test. About the Force matrix Settings. May I ask what will happen if my settings is below:
Force Matrix : on
Initial width : 2
Depth : 2
Extra branches : 1
Cycle : 1
Will it give another branch after completing the first two branches? 2 Branches are the 1st branch with 2 widths and 2 depth plus (+) the additional branches “extra branches” with completed width and depth? Meaning will there be a 3rd, 1st sub-level? And who will get the direct commission if all the sub-branches are from the Parent affiliate and not from the sub-affiliates?
What is the correct set up if what I need are below :
1) All affiliates will get the direct commission if he or she is the one who signs up the sub-affiliates who purchase the products.
2) How can everyone have unlimited 1st level sub-affiliates or extra branches?
March 19, 2020 at 2:11 am #11702
Sorry for the delay, we’ve been running a bit behind schedule here, due to the Corona Virus situation.
To answer your question about the Extra Branches setting, it allows each Parent Affiliate to refer another Sub Affiliate Leg/Branch. So yes, if the Parent already has 2 Sub Affiliates (On Level 1) below them, with Extra Branches set to 1, they will have the ability to refer 1 more Sub Affiliate on Level 1.
To allow all affiliates to have Unlimited Branches/Legs/Sub Affiliates on Level 1, you need to disable Forced Matrix, which will give you a UniLevel Structure with an Unlimited Width.
And yes, as long as you are using Lifetime Commissions, all affiliates will get the direct commission if he or she is the one who signs up the sub-affiliates who purchase the products. Deactivating Forced Matrix will ensure this result as well, since it will eliminate the possibility of “Spillover”.
Regarding the issue with the Per-Rank commission rate, I’ll have to try testing this myself on your site so that I can find out why it’s behaving differently on your site in particular.
I’ll follow up again soon, after I make some test purchases with the Flat Rate Type.
