    Hi, We have already sent a few mails regarding this issue but no response from you as. If you are not ready to solve this issue please return our payment as soon as possible. we have 2 domains, 1) https://prnvservices.net & 2) https://prnvservices.com. first, we activated the plugin in https://prnvservices.net and without deactivation, we deleted it in word press and control panel also. and now we are trying to activate in https://prnvservices.com but we are unable to activate and error message showing as plugin deactivated, so please solve this issue as soon as possible or provide new activation keys. if not possible both please refund the amount so that we can raise a new invoice for new activation keys.

    Hi there,

    I can see that you were able to activate your licenses on prnvservices.net. If the plugin itself isn’t showing that it was Activated, it means that there is something on your server that is blocking the incoming data from our server, which is what let’s the plugin know that the license is active.

    Just so you know, your license status has no affect on your ability to use these plugins, it only grants you access to support and updates.

    If you’d like, I can update the plugin(s) to remove the “Activate your licenses” messages from the admin. Would that work for you?

    In our system, it shows that you were able to activate the plugins. What’s happening is, something on your server is blocking the information from being sent, which tells the plugin that it is active.

    If you’d like, I can update the plugin(s) to remove the “Activate your licenses” messages from the admin. Would that work for you?
