I have one product for which only half the purchase price should be used for the commission calculation. the other products as normal the full price.

I’m trying to do this via the Per-Rank Product Rates but have hit a snag no matter what I input (0.5 and 50% or half of the package price) the commissions are unchanged and are always based on the full purchase price.

How can I accomplish this goal?
I am using ranks to manage different commission rates based on memberships
and using the MLM addon to generate the affiliates tree views, and have a 2 level commission system.

      Hi there,

What version of AffiliateWP Ranks are you currently using? Also, do you have any other AffiliateWP Add-ons active? And if so, which ones?

Based on your screenshot, I can see that you should have your Per-Rank Rates set to “50”, without the percentage or decimal value. The Rate Type (Percentage) should be set for each Rank in the Ranks settings (Affiliates > Settings > Ranks) or the Rate Type for Direct Referrals in Affiliates > Settings > Ranks. Do you have this configured in this way?

Also, I want to be clear on what you’re trying to do. Do you want to award a commission of 50% of the purchase price, or X% of half the purchase price?

      Hi Christian,

I have issues related to this matter. I set up my rank plugin already. The percentage is displaying on the affiliate summary and the rank level is also working.

However, the percentage was not computed accordingly. I already changed and save the setting in the General tab to 25 percent. Before it is 50%. And then set up the Rank settings.

My product is amounting to 1499.
Initially, the affiliate should get 25% of that amount only. However, it keeps getting 50% commission instead.

      Kindly see attached.

Hi Sherwin, I asked if you have any other AffiliateWP Add-ons active, but you didn’t answer. I need to know if you have any other AffiliateWP plugins active which could be applying this 50% commission rate.

      Hey @christianf,

I had set-up Rank (Coach Level 2) in Product is 30% and in Affiliate WP >> Settings >> Ranks is 1%.

But, when I test, I’ve just have 1% commission.

And when, I set Affiliate WP >> Settings >> Ranks is 0%, a order don’t count for me!

      What I do wrong?

I’ve tested this Per-Rank Percent for 2 days and it is NOT WORKING, bro!

      Please help me!

      Thank you!

      Hi Nguyen,

I just wanted to follow up with you and let you know that I am investigating to find out why this is happening now. I think it may have something to do with a recent AffiliateWP update, but I’ll let you know soon.
