      Hey there,

My team recently purchased the MLM plugin, and we’ve run into a speedbump. I have AffiliateWP working fine, but now I’m trying to get multi-tiered commissions such that:

      Customer A refers Customer B
      Customer B refers Customer C
      Customer C refers Customer D
      Customer D refers Customer E

      Customer A receives: 5% commissions from B’s purchases, 3% from C’s purchases, 1% from D’s purchases
      Customer B receives: 5% from C’s purchases, 3% from D’s purchases, 1% from E’s purchases, etc.

So far they’re only receiving the flat 20% for direct referrals. Am I misunderstanding the configuration?

We’re using Woocommerce, and it is checked to integrate with.

      Thank you for your time.

We have the same setup. What was the solution here?

      Hi there,

I will need to see how you’ve configured your MLM settings to know what’s going on.

Also, have you completed any test referrals yet? And how are your testing the referrals? Are you using Referral Links, Coupons, or something else?

Also, what version of AffiliateWP, and MLM are you using? And do you have any other AffiliateWP add-ons asctive?

      Hi Christian,

I am also looking to do the same thing, and I don’t know anything about the MLM lingo, so it is all a bit foreign to me. I am using version 1.1.5 of the MLM plugin and 2.5.1 of Affiliate WP.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, and if it is a matter of paying the $49-99 for the setup and installation of the plugins needed, please reach out via email. I will be happy to pay to get that sorted.

      Thanks,
      Guy

      Hi Guy,

Pease send me an email at propluginmarketplace[@]gmail[.]com

From there, you can tell me exactly how you want this to work, and I’ll explain how to set it up to achieve that aim. Then, you can decide if you can handle setting it up on your own, or if you would rather have us set it up for you.
