      I want a percentage of sales of the products sold through my website that has woocomerce installed, to be distributed in several levels of membership.

      I bought the plugin affiliateWP and AffiliateWP MLM and configured , but when I test the product sales woocomerce percentages as I want to be distributed are not distributed.

      Please help me with this problem.

      Hi Edward.

      First, what version of AffiliateWP MLM are you currently using?

      And are you saying that no Indirect Referrals are being created, or that the commission amounts aren’t matching your settings?

      Hi Christian,

      – I am using version 1.0.4

      – I am saying that the commission amounts aren’t matching my settings.

      I want to distribute a percentage of sales of my products, in a matrix of 6 levels.
      Products sell by WooCommerce. When affiliate income (username and password) I make the purchase of the product and the system recognizes. But the percentage is not distributed to different levels.

      Alright Edward,

      So you’re using the WooCommerce integration to generate Direct and Indirect Referrals, right?

      And what do your settings look like? What Direct Referral Rate do you have set in Affiliates > Settings > General, and what are your Indirect Rate Settings in Affiliates > Settings > MLM (including your Per Level Rates)?

      Also, how do you have your Matrix settings configured? And just to clarify, are you saying that when you make a purchase, the Indirect Referrals for the other Parent Affiliates on the upper levels (A.K.A. upline) aren’t being created?

      thanks for your quick response

      The system works as follows:
      – I have an online shop
      – I joined a person to buy my products in my store
      – That person can recruit other people in order to get benefits
      – Affiliated persons may join others
      – The affiliate earns for purchases made its affiliates.

      From what I understand, in affiliateWP affiliates send members referred to the page and earn by his buys. In my case the affiliates are buying but earn by buys of his sub-affiliates.

      this plugin does work for me?

      I’m not exactly sure what you mean Edward.

      MLM is designed so that an affiliate can earn a commission on Direct Referrals (sales that they’ve referred themselves) and Indirect Referrals (sales that were referred by their Sub Affiliates).

      And I need to know how you have your setting configured, so that I can help you get it working according to your plans.
