Hey Christian! Our last issue was resolved successfully but now when using a trial membership I am getting duplicate commission created at initial time of purchase. When I disable the recurring referrals plugin everything works fine but of course I no longer have the recurring commissions created for the subscriptions. I reached out to affiliateWP and they have found the conflict to be with the recurring referrals plugin and the MLM plugin.
I’ve attached a screenshot of the duplicate commission.
Thanks in advance

Can you please provide admin-level login credentials so that I can investigate this further on your site?
And can you give me the Reference # or Referral IDs of the commissions that you are speaking of?
Please send this to me via email at: propluginmarketplace[@]gmail[.]com

I updated MLM to the latest version (1.1.5) on your site, and I pressed the Sync ALL button to ensure that all of your Parent Affiliates are set as the Lifetime Affiliates. This update has important fixes for improved compatibility with the latest versions of the Lifetime Commissions add-on.
Also, I looked at those Referrals that you mentioned, and from what I can tell, they are both Direct Referrals in both cases: (#325, #326) and (#329, #330).
I ran a test myself, and I noticed that a Direct and Indirect Commission for “Founding Member” are created when I complete the registration form. Then, when I complete the checkout process, the Recurring Referrals add-on creates another Direct Commission with “Subscription Payment” in the Referral’s Description.
I also ran another test with MLM deactivated and Recurring Referrals active, and the same thing happened, it created a Direct Referral for “Founding Member” (No Indirect Referral since MLM was deactivated), and when I complete the checkout process, the Recurring Referrals add-on creates another Direct Commission with “Subscription Payment” in the Referral’s Description.
So MLM is not the cause of the Duplicate Direct Referrals, it has to be the Recurring Referrals add-on.
Please contact the AffiliateWP Team again, to get them to look into this further. And let me know what they come up with.
I’m reviewing the Recurring Referrals MemberPress integration now, to see if I can understand why this is happening. I’ll follow up again soon when I gain more insight on this.
