Good morning Christian. Today I received another order but as you can see from the attached image, there are no references !!!
I hope you can help me as soon as possible because I absolutely don’t want to disappoint my affiliates. I promised them that the system would recognize 20% referrals on the first level. But unfortunately the system is not working properly! Please help me solve this problem as soon as possible. Thanks for your time. One question … once the problem is solved … will the system recognize old referrals that it has not given? or are those lost now? Thanks

    Hello again,

I was able to login to your site with the admin-level credentials you sent me.

The issue is, Lifetime Commissions is not linking the referred customer to the affiliate as a Lifetime Customer.

From what I can tell, you updated Lifetime Commissions to the latest version (1.4.2). After some research, I noticed that the AffiliateWP Team made some major changes to Lifetime Commissions version 1.4.1, which is why the MLM and Lifetime Commissions integration isn’t working as it should be. I’m working on updating MLM to make it compatible with Lifetime Commissions 1.4.2 now. In the meantime, you should probably revert Lifetime Commissions back to version 1.4.

Unfortunately, there is no way for the system to go back and create those referral commissions for you automatically. However, you can manually add those referral commissions by clicking the Add New button from the Referrals screen (Affiliates > Referrals > Add New). There, you can enter in the affiliate, the amount, and the order id in the Reference section. From there, you will automatically see it linked to the order from the WooCommerce Orders screen.

Also, I noticed that you have the AffiliateWP Landing Pages plugin active. Are your affiliates using this to refer customers? Or did they use their referral link, and AffiliateWP is just not creating the referral commission for the sale?

    Hi Christian
thank you very much for your support! I have no idea why the AffiliateWP Landing Pages plugin is active. However, my clients never use it. They only share the referlink. How do I restore commissions for life? do I have to uninstall and install version 1.4.2? or just update? Sorry but I’m not very practical for specific things.
Thanks for the advice you gave me regarding the insertion of the old refer! It is really useful. Thanks and look forward to hearing from you! The site is starting to be very successful with many new members! Thanks for your time!

Well, you already have version 1.4.2 active on your site, which is why the MLM integration is not working properly. If you want to resolve this while I’m making the integration compatible with Lifetime Commissions versions 1.4.1 and beyond, you would have to deactivate and delete version 1.4.2, and install version 1.3.2 or version 1.4.

I’ll follow up soon with an update for the MLM-Lifetime Commissions integrations, it’s almost ready.

Thank you Christian for your support, until everything is ready for you, I prefer to continue paying referrals manually to our customers.
I will wait for automatic operation as soon as you are done. Thank you as always for your patience and availability
