      Hi Alvin,

      This is actually a known issue with the way that some web browsers (Google Chrome, etc) process the CSS for the Tree View Affiliate Data dropdown. IT only occurs when scrolling to the right. It’s not really a bug in the Tree View itself, we were waiting on an upgrade to the web browsers (Chrome in particular) to resolve this. We are also looking into an alternative way of executing this.

      It’s not only Chrome in particular. It’s most browsers out there. I tried on Firefox, the same issue persists.
      I suggest you to make it into a collapsible accordion style instead of Popup.
      And I find it not responding very well too. When I click on the arrow icon, sometimes twice to make the Popup appear.

      Can you resolve this first? I cannot wait for browser developers to update their software.

      My client kept asking me to resolve this since few weeks ago.

      Hey Alvin,

      I’m looking into a purely Javascript-based solution to this. If we can avoid the CSS, it will take care of the problem. I’ll follow up again soon with my progress.

      it’s very disappointing to expect the developer doesn’t give any concern on his plugins and support. and it seems thru his plugins changelog, you’ll only see incremental updates every half year once or one year once. i could have chosen another developer of affiliate mlm but i had spent too much time to understand his knowledgebase (which is not updated nor complete)

      Hi Alvin,

      I do apologize for the delay on this. I definitely care about making sure that everything is working smoothly for you. This particular situation requires a bit more time than usual, since I have to basically re-build the Affiliate Data feature.

      The way it is designed now, is a PHP and CSS-based implementation, which is designed to use less server resources. I’m still working on a Javascript-based implementation, which will be more compatible with all browsers. Unfortunately, it’s not a simple change, or I would have finished it by now.

      Regarding the frequency of our plugin updates, this is intentional. We have many customers who’s businesses rely on our software. So, we tend to hold off on releasing new updates until we can thoroughly test everything and ensure that there are no issues. We usually get a lot of customer feedback before we release an update for this reason. But usually, if there is an immediate issue, we will release a patch for the current version to fix it.

      And yes, we are working on updating the documentation with all of the new features we’ve added recently. In fact, we are very close to release major updates for Ranks, Bonuses, and MLM. After the update, you will finally have the ability to setup Ranks and Bonuses based on a Weekly/Monthly requirement.

      I’ll follow up again soon once I’ve made more progress on the Affiliate Data Pop-up.

      for those who have the same issue as mine, the css will fix it :

      ul.affwp-mlm-aff-data li.rank ul li {
      display: none;
      }
      ul.affwp-mlm-aff-data li.rank ul li:first-child {
      display: block!important;
      }

      .affwp-mlm-aff.parent-aff .affwp-mlm-aff-data-wrap {
      display: none!important;
      }

      really disappointed with the plugin author. they have so much to offer in writing but their delays for minor/major versions will take months. they can’t even fix such a simple request, and ask customers to wait for major version release.
