The Perfect Plugin
Yes, I see what’s happening. Sign Up Products is properly creating the affiliate account for the affiliate, but the WooCommerce order has to be marked Complete, before the system will create the affiliate account for the buyer. You have a bunch of test orders that are still in the Processing Status, so once you change them to Complete,…[Read more]
I reviewed your website, and I do see that WC Order #751 has 3 Referral Commissions:
1) Direct – $41.40
2) Indirect [Level 1] – $24.84
3) Indirect [Level 2] – $0
This is correct, because you have set the Per-Product Rate for the product that was purchased to the following:
Direct = 41.40 (Flat) *In the AffiliateWP Tab of Edit…[Read more]
The Invites plugin adds the Invite Code Field to the Affiliate Registration Form, but you can disable this field as well. In the Affiliate Registration Settings section of the Invites Tab (AffiliateWP Settings), you can set the Invite Code field to:
Disabled – Removes the field altogether.
Show Field – Show the field, but don’t require…[Read more]

Thanks, I’m glad to be of service.
I sent you a message with a link to download a patched version of MLM 1.1.5, which includes an update for the MemberPress integration.
Please test it, and let me know how it works for you.
Also, when you test try it in two ways:
1) With MLM activated BEFORE Lifetime Commissions
2) With MLM activated AFTER…[Read more]
I think I found the problem. In the Lifetime Commissions tab of the settings, you have the option “Link Customers To Affiliates On User Registration” disabled. I enabled this for you, so you should be able to see the Parent and Sub sync with the Lifetime Customers system.
Please test this and let me know.
1) I’ve applied a patch to MLM version 1.1.5 that fixes the issue with the Indirect Product Rate not saving properly. You can download MLM again from your account, deactivate and delete the old version, and install and activate the new one.
2) I’m still looking into this now. I’m reviewing your site to gain more insight as to why this…[Read more]

I see that the AffiliateWP Team had to update the MemberPress integration for Recurring Referrals. This change is probably the cause of the issue with MLM not creating the Indirect Referral for the Recurring Referrals. So now, I’m reviewing their changes and applying them to MLM.
I’ll follow up soon with a an update/fix.
This may be happening because of the Bundle plugin you are using. Sign Up Products has not been integrated with any of the WooCommerce Bundle add-ons yet, so it may not support the Bundle Product Type. I have not completed any compatibility testing with these plugins as of yet.
Have you tried testing affiliate registration from…[Read more]

2) I’m still looking into a solution for this.
The Performance Bonuses plugin has a Product Sales Bonus Type, which allows you to award a Bonus Commission for X Number of Sales of X Product. I can build a Product Sales Rank Type for you, which will award a Rank for X Number of Sales of X Product.
I will send you…[Read more]

You know what, this could just be an order-of-activation issue.
The AffiliateWP Team just updated Recurring Referrals on your site, correct? This would mean that Recurring Referrals was activated AFTER MLM. Recurring Referrals needs to be activated beforehand, so that it can create the Direct Referral for the recurring payments, then MLM taps…[Read more]
After reviewing the code, yes it is possible to exclude Indirect Referrals from Bonus calculations.
I’m working on an update to Performance Bonuses, that will give you the option to choose exactly which types of referrals to exclude (Indirect, Bonus, etc).
I’ll follow up soon once I get the basic part of excluding the Indirect…[Read more]

I’ll review the code in MLM to see why this could be happening.
You are using the MemberPress integration for your subscriptions, correct?
1) I was able to duplicate the issue myself, and I’m working on a fix for this now. It’s just not saving the field data, or it’s not displaying the updated field data.
2) This sounds like it could be a simple order-of-activation issue. Try deactivating MLM and Sign Up Products, then activate MLM first, and Sign Up Products afterwards.…[Read more]
Yes, the Invite Code automatically works with the Affiliate Links feature for the core AffiliateWP plugin. To be more specific, as long as an affiliate’s tracking URL is used (No matter what page they land on) it will automatically enter in the Invite Code of that referring Affiliate.

First, I want to ensure we are on the same page here. Are you saying that it is creating the Indirect Commissions for the Upline on the Recurring Payment, and the only issue is that the Commission Rate is incorrect?
Or is it just not creating the Indirect Commission at all when the Recurring Payment is made?
