    I made a purchase yesterday and it’s still pending. I need my new license keys. The order is 10341. Thanks.

    Hi Greg,

    Sorry about that. You’re order is Complete now, and you should have received an email with your licenses keys and download links. You can also access these from your account page at any time.

    My licenses still don’t appear on my account page. Also. Last year I got a renewal discount, but this year I didn’t. How do I apply that? Thanks.

    Also I did not get an email with my keys or download links. I checked my spam folder.

    Hi Greg,

    Sorry about that. There must have been some sort of bug in the licensing system for the Bundle in particular. I’ve gone ahead and generated those licenses for you.

    Regarding the discount, unfortunately we aren’t able to apply the discount retroactively. It has to be applied during the checkout process. Our current system doesn’t allow you to automatically renew at a discount, since you have to purchase a new license instead of renewing the old one. We normally provide you with a renewal discount code in this case. (We are in the process of switching to a new licensing system, which will fix all of this). I went ahead and threw in a free license for our Variable Rates add-on, just for the inconvenience.

    You should be able to login to your account, download the plugins, and get your license keys now. If you have any further issues, just let me know.
