Hi, I just purchased the AffiliateWP MLM plugin and have attempted to get it set up over the weekend. I have both technical and strategic questions. The main strategic Q is in choosing the optimal model. I believe I want to do forced matrix 3×5 after reading a bunch of blog posts over the weekend but would love to consult with someone before committing to this since it sounds like once you lock in it’s difficult to change down the road.
Technical-wise: I’m confused on setting up the commissions per level – the documentation example seems to go counter to the inline instruction regarding commission ranking.
This loom vid shows my setup: https://www.loom.com/share/138ea1c66a3d46f8ba4e424ae7a296f9
anyways, if possible I would be keen to hire someone on a contract basis to help get this implemented and tested. Is there a consultant community or is Christian (plugin author) perhaps avail for short-term consulting? thanks

I actually sent you an email (at your grid7 address on file) about an hour ago, asking if you needed any suggestions for you MLM setup. So it looks like we’re on the same page here.
Yes, I’d be happy to help you with this. I actually have a strong background in Network Marketing and Business Development, so I can provide you with some valuable insight on the best strategies to implement for your particular business model.
To be more specific, I can give you an idea of what type of Affiliate Structure/Compensation Plan to implement. And if you have a particular model in mind, I can explain how to setup the plugins you need to achieve that result.
All for free of course, I just want to ensure that you can get the most out of the MLM plugin, because it can be an extremely powerful tool, if setup strategically.
I’d like to continue this conversation via email. It’s a bit more private, and I can respond a bit faster in a consultation context.
Looking forward to helping you with this. Let me know if you received my email, and if not, please provide me with an address that is best for reaching you.
