It would be helpful if I understood the difference between “Indirect Referral Rank Rates” and “Per-Level Rank Rates” 🙂
Our direct referral sales comp setup is: (I’ve set this up under settings >>ranks as well as under the product – is this right?)
Rank LVL1 8%
Rank LVL2 9%
Rank LVL3 10%
Rank LVL4 11%
Commissions on “sales” from Indirect referrals go 10 levels deep: Does this go under Per-Level Rank Rates?
#1 thru #3 = 2%
#4 thru #9 = 1%
#10 = 2%
Which leaves the question as to what is Indirect Referral Rank Rates? Would these be the rates that the indirect referrals themselves receive?
Thank you for any clarification 🙂

Hey, sorry for the delay.
To answer your question:
The Indirect Referral Rank Rate is the global rate that applies to Indirect Referrals created for affiliates with the given Rank on ALL Levels.
Per-Level Rank Rates allows you to set a specific rate for Indirect Referrals on a Per-Level basis, based on the affiliate’s Rank. If you set a Per-Level Rank Rate for a specific Level, it will override the Indirect Referral Rank Rate set for that Level.
Basically, this works exactly like the Indirect Referral Rate (Global), and the Per-Level Rates in the MLM tab of the AffiliateWP Settings. The only difference, is that you gain the ability to change these Indirect Commission Rates based on the Rank of the Affiliate.
More info on how to setup Indirect Referral Rates can be found in the MLM documentation:
