The MLM is not tracking the sub-affiliates commissions.
We have these settings under Affiliatewp and MLM but commissions are coming wrong (see the annex)
Incorrect referral commissions are coming in sub-affiliates which are managed by MLM addon
Please help me troubleshoot this.

Sorry for the delay Vitor.
It looks like you didn’t set a Depth in your MLM settings. You have to set the Depth to 2 (In your case), if you want Parent Affiliates to be paid Indirect Referral Commissions upwards (2 Levels) when one of their Sub Affiliate refers a sale (Direct Referral).
On the other hand, if you only want to pay Indirect Referral Commissions up 1 Level, you should set the Direct Referral Rate in Affiliates > Settings > General to 15%, and in the MLM tab, change the Depth to 1 and your Per-Level Rate to 35% for Level 1.
Let me know how it works for you. Also, which integration are you testing this with, WooCommerce or Gravity Forms?

I have configured to pay only the first level 50%, and now in MLM tree only show 1st level.
In the other setup i had, 1º level 15% and 2º level 35% i was able to see all network deep.
How can i continue to see again all network deep and total members on network paying only 1st level 50%?

The Tree is designed to display the number of Levels that you’ve configured in your Depth settings by default. This is because it’s designed to show the Sub Affiliates of the current affiliate viewing the page, not the entire structure of affiliates. So, if you have your Depth set to only allow 1 Level of Sub Affiliates, each Parent Affiliate will only be able to see 1 Level of Sub Affiliates below them.
And when you say the 1st Level, do you mean the affiliate that is Directly Referring the sale (The affiliate who’s link was used)? If so, you should set the Direct Referral Rate in Affiliates > Settings > General to 50%. Otherwise, if you want each Parent Affiliate to receive a 50% Indirect Referral Commission when one of their Sub Affiliates refers a sale, you would set Level 1 to 50% in the Per-Level Rates settings of the MLM tab.
And when you say the Indirect Referral Commissions aren’t working, how are you testing this? Are you using an Incognito Window (Or similar browser window with cleared cookies and cache) to click through the Sub Affiliate’s referral link, and make a test purchase as a customer?
Also, what version of AffiliateWP and WooCommerce are you using?
