    Hi Alex,

I’ve patched version 1.2 of Variable Rates with the fix for this. Please, download it from your account area on PPM, and let me know if you are able to activate your license from there.

    Hi Christian,

it has worked only to solve the issue of double AffiliateWP Ranks Api Key Activation displayed, but now the activation of Affiliate WP Ranks is still not accepting the proper API credentials any more. Screen shot > https://www.screencast.com/t/LOSNXsx3wn

    AND

You should also update the version dates within downloads area too.

Thanks for notifying me about that Alex.

I’ve gone ahead and updated the version number, and I can also see that your Variable Rates license was activated yesterday. I’ve cleared that activation from the system so that you can go ahead and try to activate it again, so that it will reflect the active status on your site.

Let me know how it works this time.

    Hi Christian,

the problem is not the activation of variable rates it is more after activation of this then the ranks API is giving me a failure – screen shot > https://www.screencast.com/t/EfxLALIWpEX

So when variable rates is active then ranks will not work properly. It seems to me that ranks uses same api key field names and therefore the problem occur.

Still looking forward to your help

    Hey Alex,

I only deleted your existing activation for Variable Rates, but Ranks was already active, so I deleted that activation for you as well. Also, just so you know, you can log in to your account on PPM, to view and manage your license activations from there. Once you log in, you will see that your licenses are active for MLM, Performance Bonuses, BuddyPress Pro, and Variable Rates. So, please try activating Ranks again, and let me know how it turns out.

Oh, and another thing to keep in mind, is that your license status won’t have any affect on your ability to use the plugins. It simply grants you access to updates and support.

not sure why but now I was successfully able to activate Ranks too. So all seems to work fine now.
