The Perfect Plugin
Sorry for the delay.
1) I’ll look into adding a setting that will allow you to exclude Indirect Referrals from those calculations.
2) This is not possible with the current version, as it can only issue One-Time Rank assignments and Bonuses, instead of re-calculating their performance on a Weekly, Monthly, or Yearly basis. However, I…[Read more]

I’ve gone ahead and sent you a link to download the early release of MLM version 1.1.3 via private message. Let me know once you’ve had a chance to try this new feature out. It’s been working great so far.
Regarding your license, there is currently no way for your to upgrade automatically, but I…[Read more]
I apologize for the late response on this.
This sounds like you may have the Earnings Calculation setting (Affiliates > Settings > Bonuses) configured incorrectly for your needs.
If you set it to Unpaid, it will only calculate the affiliate’s earnings based on their Unpaid Referrals.
If you set it to Paid, it will only calculate the…[Read more]
Yes, there is a solution to this. What version of AffiliateWP are you using? I’ll see if I can fix this with an update to MLM, otherwise, I’ll give you a theme template for overriding the Referrals Page of the Affiliate Area, which will ensure that none of the Indirect Referrals appear in the Direct Referrals section.
Sorry for the delayed response. Just to let you know, you should post to the Plugin Support Forum for the plugin you are requesting support for (AffiliateWP MLM in this case). By posting here in the General Support Forum, it takes longer to receive a response because the plugin developer (Myself in this case) will not receive the notification for…[Read more]
Hmmm, that’s really strange.
I’ve never attempted to print the Sub Affiliate’s Tree before. What web browser are you using (Google Chrome, Windows Explorer, Firefox, Safari, etc)? And have you tried this with a different browser?
I apologize for the delay. Do you have any other AffiliateWP add-ons active? And can you please tell me how you have your Per-Level Rates configured in Affiliates > Settings > MLM?
This is a function of the core AffiliateWP plugin. Please contact the AffiliateWP Team for support, and they can assist you with getting the New Referral email notifications working properly.

We are not the developers of the Store Credit add-on. Please contact the AffiliateWP Team for support on the Store Credit plugin.
If I’m understanding you correctly, you want the ability to set the commission rate for Indirect Referrals on each Level, based on the product sold, is that right?
If so, this is the Per-Level Product Rates feature which will be released in the next update of AffiliateWP MLM (1.1.3). I’ve already completed this feature for the WooCommerce…[Read more]
The Rank Types are populated when you install and activate the performance bonuses add-on. Ranks integrates with the performance tracking system of the Performance Bonuses add-on to allow you to assign Ranks to your affiliates based on the performance goals you set (Referrals, Earnings, Sub Affiliates).
There is no way to set Cycles to unlimited. You have to set it to at least one Cycle. I recommend setting it to a high number like 50 or so. You don’t want to set it too high, because it will put too much of a load on your server resources.
Sorry for the delay, I didn’t receive the notification for your post.
This is not possible now, but I am currently developing a new Per-Level Product Rates feature for the WooCommerce integration (More coming soon). And that feature will enable you to set a Per-Product Rate of 100% (Direct) and a Per-Level Rate of 0 on all levels for that…[Read more]
I apologize for the delayed response, I didn’t receive the notification for your post.
The referral commissions generated by AffiliateWP are Direct Referrals, which follow the hierarchy shown in that documentation article.
The Indirect Referral Commissions generated by MLM don’t conform to those rules at all. Indirect Referrals…[Read more]
I’mean just following up on my previous email response:
This can be setup quite simply assuming that Peter referred another customer/affiliate who purchases a subscription/membership:
Affiliates > Settings > General
2% Direct – Peter (Level 0)
2% Indirect – John (Level 1)
1% Indirect – Fred (Level 2)
0.5% Indirect -…[Read more]
