The Perfect Plugin
I’m still working on a detailed response to your email on how to create your desired compensation plan, but to answer this question directly:
The new Cycles feature is designed to work like a traditional Cycle Matrix plan, where each Cycle has the same Width and Depth value. So, there’s currently no way to have Cycles with different d…[Read more]

With the current version of the Bonuses plugin, you can accomplish this using the Earnings Percentage Bonus Type. Once you change the Bonus Type to Earnings Percentage, it will issue a bonus with an Amount based on a percentage of the Requirement you entered. For example:
Earnings Requirement = $100
Amount = 2 (This becomes 2%)
Bonus amount would…[Read more]
Are you saying that you want to pay a 250 Direct Referral Commission for the affiliate’s first referred sale, or for that particular customer’s first order?
Either way, it would require custom development to make this possible. I do offer custom development services if this is a feature that you need.
This will be a feature of our upcoming AffiliateWP Leads add-on. We plan to implement these Affiliate Sites as Dynamic/Customizable Lead Capture pages instead of an entire site. So each affiliate will have the ability to enter information about themselves, and other things to promote their affiliate links.
Currently, this is not possible…[Read more]
This feature is already present actually. When you hover over the Down Arrow (Underneath each Affiliate’s Avatar), you’ll see a dropdown menu with their stats (Referrals, Earnings, etc). You can also control which of this information is visible in the MLM tab of the settings.
Sorry for the delay on this Steve.
It looks like something on your site is conflicting with the CSS styles of the MLM plugin.
Please try switching to another theme, like Twenty Seventeen, and see if this changes.
If this behavior remains the same, please deactivate ALL other plugins except for AffiliateWP and MLM.
Let me know how this works for you.
Yes, that’s correct.
If you’ve set a Default Affiliate, all non-referred affiliates who register will be assigned to the Default Affiliate, or in the case of a Forced Matrix Structure, someone in their Downline if their 1st Level is filled. Otherwise, if there is no Default Affiliate set, they will not be assigned under a Parent Affiliate at all.
Yes, exactly. You enter 5 as the Affiliate Rate (The Direct Referral Rate) for this Product in the AffiliateWP Tab. And in the AffiliateWP MLM tab, you enter 15 as the Indirect Referral Rate for Level 1.
Based on your screenshot, I can see that you don’t have a numeric value entered into the Amount field for your “Requirement #1” Bonus. You have to have enter a Bonus Amount for the system to issue the Bonus.
Because the “Requirement #1” Bonus can’t be earned, the “Bonus #1” Bonus can’t be earned either, since you’ve set “Requirement #1” as a…[Read more]
The core AffiliateWP plugin does not support the ability to use multiple currencies for commission calculations. There is a chance that they may know of a way to do this, but I’m not familiar with it personally.
Please contact the AffiliateWP Team for further assistance on this.
If you’re using a different currency, you also have to adjust the core AffiliateWP plugin to use the correct amount of decimal places for the commission calculations. I believe there is a code snippet that will allow you to set this value, but unfortunately, it hasn’t been added to the settings yet.
This is a Warning and not a Fatal Error, so it shouldn’t prevent any of the bonus functions from working properly.
What are you using for your Earnings Basis (Paid, Unpaid, or Total = Paid + Unpaid)? This affects your bonus earnings. For example, your Earned Commissions Bonus will not be earned by the affiliate if you have it set to…[Read more]

You can use AffiliateWP MLM to give the Ambassadors a 5% Indirect Commission, whenever their Team Members (Sub Affiliates) refer a sale. Those team members will earn a 20% Direct Referral commission as well.
Hi Donald and sorry for the delay.
Your Rank Promotion Bonuses aren’t working because you have your Ranks set to Category Mode. You have to set them to Level Mode, in order for them to assign the Rank in a sequential order. So in the Ranks settings, please change the Mode field from Category, to Level, and it will function as expected.

The system put your order on hold until your eCheck clears in PayPal’s system. According to PayPal, it will take 6-8 days before the payment is processed on their end.
Once your payment is processed, your order will change to the Complete status, and you will receive an email with an invoice of your purchase, including your license…[Read more]
This is possible with our AffiliateWP Ranks plugin. It integrates with MLM to allow you to create different “Types” of affiliates. Then, it enables you to set those Per-Level Commission Rates based on each affiliate type/rank.
So for example, you can have regular affiliates who earn:
2% Level 1
1% Level 2
And VIP…[Read more]
Hi Art, and I apologize for the delay.
Allow me to address your questions below:
1) Do you mean like a “Pass Up” plan? If so, this is possible, but not with the current version of the MLM plugin. I would have to develop a custom feature for you to do this. If you could provide me with more information on how you plan to setup your system, I can…[Read more]
