The Perfect Plugin
If you have the BuddyPress plugin active, it will display their BuddyPress Avatar, but if you don’t it should display their WordPress avatar/ Gravatar.
How exactly did you upload the avatar for that user? What method did you use?
Sorry for the delayed response on this, I didn’t receive the notification for your post.
1) Did the new affiliate get assigned to a different affiliate instead? OR did they just not get assigned to a Parent Affiliate at all?
And do you have any other AffiliateWP add-ons active on your site? Also, what version of AffiliateWP and MLM…[Read more]
Yes, it’s fine now.
I think the 500 error was unrelated to the plugin install.
I’m still running tests now to find out why the error message isn’t displaying and preventing the checkout process from completing. I’ll follow up again soon with an update and a fix for this.
Alright, after logging in and performing some test purchases via PayPal and a 100% off coupon, I see that the error message isn’t preventing the non-referred customer from completing the checkout form.
I updated the plugin and re-installed it on your site, but there is a 500 Internal Server Error now.
Can you please provide me with FTP…[Read more]

You can view the Sub Affiliates Tree for each Parent Affiliate in the back end (WP Admin) by viewing the Edit Affiliate screen located at Affiliates > Affiliates > Edit (Click the affiliate’s name).
Then, you’ll see the tree at the bottom of the screen if they have any Sub Affiliates.
This is a PHP warning which is only visible when Debug Mode is enabled. I’ve updated version 1.1.3 with a patch for this.
Please download it from your account page, and let me know if you’re still experiencing this error message.
After reviewing your site, I realized why the Indirect Referral Commission (Level 1) for zapaygo_ico was $7, instead of $5.
If you edit the Test Product that was purchased in your test, you will see you have configured Per-Level Product Rates for 4 Levels and 7 Percent is set for Level 1.
So what’s happening is, the Per-Level Product Rate (This…[Read more]

Alright, so I’ve checked again and things are working normally.
The user who made the purchase in Order # 21623 (October, 22nd), was “phpteam team” who has the email address of email@example.com.
If you check the Edit Affiliate screen for phpteam team, you’ll see that their Parent and Direct Affiliate is Rehub12 Demo, which explains why…[Read more]
I apologize for the delayed response on this. Okay, so I can see that php team purchased the product (Order #21617). php team’s email address is firstname.lastname@example.org, which is listed as one of Rehub12 Demo’s linked customers via the Lifetime Commissions plugin (You can see this in the Edit Affiliate screen for Rehub12 Demo). This explains why Rehub12 Demo received a Direct Commission on…[Read more]

I’ve applied a patch to MLM version 1.1.3 for the PM Pro integration. I’ve sent you the download link via Private Message. Once you download it and install it, please test it with Lifetime Commissions deactivated first, and then try it with Lifetime Commissions active.
And of course, let me know what…[Read more]
